Passengers can further use that booking confirmation number as the reference number of their flights. Please note that if you didn’t receive the confirmation e-mail or didn’t get redirected to booking confirmation page, please contact us immediately. In case of round-trip, multi-city travel or connecting flights, passengers must confirm their bookings with the respective airlines.

Failure to clear the final payable amount within 72 hours of booking may lead to automatic cancellation.
Unless otherwise specified, all tickets booked from BestpriceTravel.com.au are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If the departure date is within 7 days of booking, tickets will be delivered within 24 hours.

During delivery, the user must be present to sign. Failure to do so may result in a card delivery with depot details where you can collect your package using identity proof.
